Triton Alloys Inc is an acknowledged exporter, supplier and manufacturer Inconel 718 Round Bars in India and abroad. Inconel 718 Rods (UNS N07718) are used in pollution-control equipment, nuclear reactors, cryogenic storage tanks, and more. Alloy 718 Rods are also used in gas turbine engine parts. Alloy 718 Round Bars are as well often used for liquid fueled rocket motors and components, fasteners and instrumentation parts, etc. Some of the best features of these Nickel 718 Round Bars are: Highly demanded, Reasonable price, Premium quality, and more. Hot-working is carried out using a 2050 Degree F (1121 Degree C) maximum furnace temperature. Typically sold in the solution annealed temper, but can be ordered aged, cold worked, or cold worked & aged. We offer the same to our clienteles in custom-made specifications as per requirements.
Alloy 718 is a precipitation hardenable nickel-based alloy designed to display exceptionally high yield, tensile and creep-rupture properties at temperatures up to 1300°F. The sluggish age-hardening response of alloy 718 permits annealing and welding without spontaneous hardening during heating and cooling. This alloy has excellent weldability when compared to the nickel-base super-alloys hardened by aluminium and titanium. This alloy has been used for jet engine and high-speed airframe parts such as wheels, buckets, spacers, and high temperature bolts and fasteners.
