IS 1239 Yst 310 Erw Pipe, IS 1239 GI pipe, IS 1239 YST 310 0.5 Inch Steel Pipes, IS 1239 Yst 355 Pipe, IS 1239 YST 355 88 mm black steel pipe tube.

Chemically, the IS 1239 Pipe has 0.20 percent carbon, 1.30 percent manganese, 0.40 percent sulfur, and 0.40 percent phosphorus. They are a popular option for food processing, boilers, etc. They come in fabricated, seamless, and welded versions. The Pipe is made from steel that has undergone complete oxidation. There are no seams or welding on these pipes. The IS 1239 GI material can produce welded and seamless pipes.

Contrary to the seamless pipes of the specified specification, the IS 1239 ERW Pipe has a thicker wall. These pipes are used in harsh and extreme environments. In addition to liquid tube pipes, condensers, etc., the IS 1239 Steel Tubes are frequently used in heat transfer, oil, gasoline, and petroleum pipeline systems. Coils are used to create the pipes, which run across dies. The pipes are utilized for numerous structural and maintenance applications and are internally welded. They may be used with any welding procedure. With pressures reduced by 20%, these welded pipes still function well. These pipelines supply non-hazardous gas, water, and other things. Systems with low pressure use the material. These pipes come in various forms: hollow, square, rectangular, round, and hydraulic.

Properties of IS 1239 GI Pipe:

Excellent mechanical qualities are included in the IS 1239 GI Pipe. The Pipe has several diameters, ranging from 12 inches to 36 inches. The material of the IS 1239 can be heated and treated utilizing common techniques like normalizing and quenching. The material's physical characteristics include a minimum tensile strength of 330 Mpa and the capacity to stretch easily by 25.4% while maintaining high workability. They are quite powerful, long-lasting, and simple. The Pipe is likewise thickly constructed. They come in nominal sizes ranging from 3mm to 150mm. This class's thickness ranges from 2.65mm to 5.40mm. A zinc layer serves as a shield over the substance. These pipes are shielded against corrosion by the zinc, which also gives a smooth surface. It prolongs the lifespan of these pipes. It is possible to weld the grade without needing pre-heating or post-weld treatments. Heavy Pipe made of IS 1239 is extremely durable and strong. Single random, double random, and bespoke sizes up to 7 meters or more of these pipes are available upon request. Factories can use cold rolling or hot rolling processes to create these pipes. These pipes come with plain, beveled, and threaded tube ends as options.
